Year 10 Food and Hospitality students have come a long way from when they first entered the kitchen to being able to produce some delicious food.

They have just completed their second practical assessment, where they worked in pairs to produce a dish in an hour. Students made all of the major components of the dish. The results were impressive. Let’s hope they are sharing their culinary skills with their families!
