Young Navigators Challenge Young Entrepreneurs to Solve Problems.

Young Navigators Challenge Young Entrepreneurs to Solve Problems.

Congratulations Magdalene Iremia-Apelu 13DW and Beni Mafi 13Dw for being selected and completing the Young Enterprise Scheme, Young Navigators Challenge in Auckland during the holidays.

Beni and Magdalene joined forty-five Māori and Pasifika students from across New Zealand for the three-day challenge where they were tasked with solving the problem of global food insecurity. The groups produced innovative ideas, some involving using technological solutions to clean agricultural and marine environments after disasters, others developing apps that make the distribution of surplus product from the farm gate to people in need easier.

Both Magdelene and Beni really enjoyed the experience and would encourage other students to make the most of experiences like these in the future.
