Alec Insley, Year 13 is a star in the Midget class of Speed cars.

Described in the press as ‘’a serious prospect,” he is the third generation of racing enthusiasts in his family.

In only his third season of racing at A grade level, Alec is achieving outstanding results. He is the youngest driver, racing in the Midas Midget All Star Tour and sits second in tally points. In January he competed at Baypark Speedway in the North Island Championships and placed second, a truly remarkable effort.

Alec has a bright future in racing and we cannot wait to follow his progress.
