It was an honour and a delight to host the Prefect team and their whānau last week to celebrate their success.

Being selected for this very important leadership role is a considerable achievement and honour. The prefects were presented with their badges by Principal Ms Shameen Hayat. The Senior Leadership team and Year 13 Dean Ms Huri offered their congratulations to the prefects and their families.

Maya Edmunds (Head Girl 2020) spoke to the gathering of her experiences in this role and offered insights into what our team may expect.

The prefects concluded the evening by singing the school song.

The enthusiasm, respect and humility demonstrated by the prefects, left us in no doubt that these young leaders will be excellent role models and ambassadors for our school.
