Enrolling at OHS

Please complete your in-zone enrolment application.

STEP 1: Online Application Form

Complete the enrolment application online (tab below). Remember to attach all relevant documents to support your application and answer all of the questions.

STEP 2: Enrolment Interview 

All in-zone applications are required to attend an enrolment interview at the school with a member of the Senior Leadership Team. We will contact you to arrange an interview time. 

Starting the enrolment process . . . 

To start the enrolment process please complete the enrolment form (tab above) and upload copies of the required documents as part of the form. 

In order for the enrolment process to proceed, all the required documents MUST be provided. 

Required documents:

  1. Birth Certificate - Bring the original to the enrolment interview.  
  2. The most recent school report
  3. Passport (if not born in New Zealand)
  4. Immunisation Certificate (from Well-child book or doctor)
  5. In-Zone Enrolments - Proof of Address (recent power / rates account)

You will need to bring the originals of your child's ID to the enrolment interview

Out-of-Zone Ballot

Out-of-zone applications for 2025 closed on Wednesday 4 September 2024 and the ballot was drawn on Wednesday 11 September 2024.  

All Out-of-zone enrolments for 2025 have been notified of the outcome.
