Sport is a vital part of life at Onehunga High School. Our vision at OHS is ‘Sporting Participation and Excellence’. We develop culture, tradition and success through encouragement, commitment, discipline and personal responsibility.
Being a member of an Onehunga High School sports team encourages health and physical fitness and also develops character, leadership and interpersonal skills.
All students are encouraged to participate in Arts. The school offers many opportunities in Creative Arts, Music, Dance, Drama, Kapa Haka and Polyfest for students to perform both within the school and the wider community.
